Resident Asst Manager for housing community 3/28/11

·         Resident Assistant Manager needed for community housing (3/28/11) ; Mary Wester

I am trying to establish an affordable/workforce rental environment in Bellevue & East Nashville for people who can’t afford decent housing to live on their own, who want to share housing with others, who need/want support of others, who want to build a community of friends.  The concept is to have private bedrooms (or possibly share rooms as in transitional housing/dorms) in a respectful community of friends who live with, next to, or near each other.  The properties are on or near the bus line with access to grocery stores and parks, libraries, bike paths and other community services.
In doing so, I am accepting resumes for a resident assistant manager who has experience in at least one or more of the following:
1) as a resident assistant/manager in college dorm
2) has rental  property management experience
3) who has the attitude and ability to be “housemom” or “housedad”  - they are caring, supportive people but they enforce the rules
4) worked / volunteered in  a ‘halfway’ concept whose ideas/operating principles could apply here

In these situations a resident manager would receive compensation in reduced rent. As in a college environment, the RA manager may work / attend school.
Please email resumes to mkk.llc@comcast.net by April 1. No phone calls please.
